JOB DESCRIPTION The AME is responsible to complete all the advance manufacturing deliverables for a program to develop and launch the manufacturing process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Development of manufacturing processes by completing detailed engineering analysis of:Design for assembly and Manufacturing Logistics and contingency planning Process flow Process labor planning & line balance Material flow and line side presentation Plant layout Ergonomic analysis Process failure mode and effect analysis Actively supporting and working for different programs in the region at the same time Lead escalation processes within the organization Prepare and present the executive program revisions with leadership Production equipment & tooling specification, purchase and acceptance Validation of manufacturing process to meet labor targets, production output and quality standards PRIMARY LOCATION Technotrim Saltillo#J-18808-Ljbffr
