Responsible for the results of the indicators:
AME SMT Technician & AME FA Technician As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications ).
Job Responsibilities:
Comply with quality programming and production.
Establish multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.
Identify and implement improvements to reduce waste.
Identify and implement improvements to increase work efficiency Implement quality and environmental management systems implemented in the company.
Monitors the activities of the AME SMT Technician & AME FA Technician assigned.
Initiate actions to prevent theoccurrence of any standard non-compliance Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels.
Represent the client's needs in domestic tasks in accordance with the requirements of the Quality System.
And other activities assigned by AME Pilot Factory Supervisor.
Assure the comply to program certification of AME SMT Technician & AME FA Technician.

3 years of related Importante empresa on electronic manufacturing.
1 year of Importante empresa in SMT or Final assembly manufacturing.
Importante empresa in the automotive industry preferably.
Basic knowledge on IPCA610.
Specialist skills on IPC7711/7721.
