**Objective**
Assure Nemak business profitability by means of proper Design, implementation and follow up of the manufacturing strategy on the Nemak Assembly operations,
**Main Responsibilities**
Define assembly manufacturing plan and support feasibility analysis
Assure proper manufacturing system definition for the customer requirements
Lead simultaneous engineering process through all stakeholder (Suppliers, customer, outsource suppliers)
Validate manufacturing system effectiveness
Assure innovation in joining and material handling innovation
Deliver all documentation on NPMX / Excel
Accomplish delivery of manufacturing system and equipment, including documentation to operations
Support development of the Nemak assembly standards
**Position Requirements**
- Education: Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics or similiar
- Experience: Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.
At least 3 years
Sealants, Adhesives and Paining experience.
At least 2 years
Assembly and Joining experience in Car industry.
At least 2 years
Hot / Cold joining technologies Experience, At least 2 years
- Technical Skills: Advanced Manufacturing experience.
New products development, Assembly operations, GD&T, Joining technologies for sealants and adhesives.
- Languages: 100% English, German Desirable.
