Description du poste : Area Sales Manager, Animal Nutrition - Commodities – America (Brazil excluded) M/F Permanent Contract – Full remote from Brazil or Mexico (please send your Resume in english) Reporting to the Global Commodities Sales Director for Animal Nutrition, you will have to further develop and expand our business of commodities on a B2B and B2D market (animal nutrition manufacturers, distributors, etc.) in North, Central & South America. Your main missions will be: Contribute to defining the commercial development strategy for our commodity productsTake responsibility for your area and optimize your results (margins, volumes, market share)Manage and expand the customers portfolio composed of industrials (mineral processors and feed manufacturers) within the American areaOpen new accountsStrengthen loyalty and actively engage with the existing network of partnersRepresent the company at international trade fairsProvide regular reporting to your managementConduct market monitoring and analysisBe proactive in suggesting development and growth opportunitiesA support from the Sales Director, Animal Nutrition and an extensive onboarding will ensure you a fast adaptation. Profil attendu : Profile : Graduated with a Master degree in Agricultural/Agronomy Engineering or Business, you have a proven track record in B2B and BtoD sales within the Animal Nutrition sector. Managerial experience is a plus. You are field-oriented, dynamic, and pragmatic! Proactive and committed, you have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong appetite for challenges, and a passion for development. Your entrepreneurial mindset and boldness will ensure success and growth within TIMAB! Perfect command of English and Spanish is required. International travel is expected (30% to 40%).
