The **Americas Marketplaces 3P Specialist** is an individual contributor position within the Omni-Channel Americas Marketplaces Team, reporting directly to Manager team and covering HP Personal Systems, Printing and Printing Supplies + HyperX and Poly brands. In this new position, the Americas Marketplaces 3P Specialist works with top 3P HP Partners in North America & Latam, driving incremental revenue and new 3P business opportunities. This individual will work closely with the 3P partners using internal and external agencies & tools to drive incremental revenue & optimize online share. A strong background in ecommerce, sales & business development are all critical skills for success in this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Recruit new 3P partners in US, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia & Peru.
- Works across countries using diverse reports & tools to proactively identify and resolve issues across countries and marketplaces accounts.
- Produce reporting, generate statistics, maintain records, and identify patterns to inform Qualified Marketplace Program strategy.
- Maintain a strong sense of confidentiality and respect regarding sensitive company processes and information.

**Requirements**:

- English (business conversation level)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience working with data & data analysis to inform decision making
- Ability to deliver reports and presentations to a high standard
- Experience with 3P Partners is a bonus
- Proven ability to deliver tasks and assignments in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written mandatory
- Experience communicating and building relationships with internal and external partners
- Basic proficiency in Portuguese is a nice to have

**Education and Experience Required**
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically, 3-5 years of related and proved experience in ecommerce or marketplaces or digital marketing or digital business development.
- Typically, 3-5 years of project development experience.
