The **Americas Marketplaces Development Expert **position is an individual contributor position within the Omni-Channel Americas Marketplaces Team, reporting directly to Manager team and covering HP Personal Systems, Printing and Printing Supplies + HyperX and Poly brands. In this new position, the Americas Marketplaces Development Specialist works with top marketplaces accounts and platforms in North America & LATAM, driving best-in-class customer experience and that HP's brand is presented appropriately & protected of bad actors and bad practices. This individual will work closely with the Marketplaces Account Developers using internal and external agencies & tools to drive incremental revenue & optimize online share. A strong background in ecommerce, sales, business development, writing and business communication are all critical skills for success in this position.
**Responsibilities**
- Directly works with HP online & sales teams to integrate HP's Qualified Marketplace Program strategies and policies into the platforms.
- Establishes 3P partner relationships.
- Works across countries using diverse reports & tools to proactively identify and resolve issues across countries and marketplaces accounts.
- Works with HP's internal and outside brand protection teams - agencies to ensure the most effective and efficient system is in place and tailored to specific needs to detect and enforce against infringements.
- Produce reporting, generate statistics, maintain records, and identify patterns to inform Qualified Marketplace Program strategy.
- Maintain a strong sense of confidentiality and respect regarding sensitive company processes and information.
- Accountable for conducting analysis on marketplaces performance, which includes ongoing tracking of key metrics to inform action.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience working with data & data analysis to inform decision making
- Ability to deliver reports and presentations to a high standard
- Experience with marketplaces accounts and / or eCommerce sites are a bonus
- Exhibit a strong understanding of ecommerce & marketplaces processes and the online retail industry as a whole
- Proven ability to deliver tasks and assignments in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player in a reliable and professional manner
- Experience communicating and building relationships with internal and external partners
- Strategic thinking and planning skills
- Advanced English proficiency required (business conversation level at least).
- Basic proficiency in Portuguese is a nice to have
**Education and Experience Required**
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically, 5-8 years of related and proved experience in ecommerce or marketplaces or digital marketing or digital business development.
- Typically, 3-5 years of project development experience.
