You will also support advocacy and engagement with key stakeholders. This is a graduate role. By working closely with our team you will develop your sustainability knowledge, your experience of managing sustainability compliance and your expertise of key sustainability regulations and themes.You will be part of our Global Sustainability Compliance Team. You will be based from HP's Guadalajara office in Mexico. English and Spanish language skills are required with Portuguese desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of this role, you will:- Support our sustainability compliance team to ensure HP product and services are compliant with sustainability regulations and legislationwithin the Americas Region.- You will help track, influence and ensure compliance with legislative requirements on WEEE, batteries, packaging, eco design, waste shipment, supply chain responsibility, materials, climate, ESG and the circular economy.- You will help the team to maintain roadmaps and dashboards of compliance requirements for the Americas Region.- You will develop draft policy analysis and compliance instructions that will be used to keep internal teams aware of the new legislation and convey the key requirements to the relevant implementation teams.- You will also support advocacy andattend meetings with industry associations key stakeholders and policy makers. You will help ensure HP is a trusted advisor in the policy making process and help shape constructive policy proposals
