We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.**Partner with the best**:As an AMO Tech Mechanic II, you'll troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies. You'll Assist in reworking, repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to provide the best services delivery to client. And you'll compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.As an AMO Tech, you will be responsible for:- Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling and performing visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.- Assisting in reworking and repairing ALS equipment.- Performing complex and difficult tests with mínimal instruction and documentation.- Being able to identify and communicate technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques.- Coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.- Being compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.- Ensuring compliance with competencies program and trainings assigned by the supervisor and the organization.- Ensuring the use of the latest version of each Plant format (Route sheets, quality plans, release records, materials lists) and guarantee the precision and objectivity of the information obtained in each workshop activity.- Notifying the Quality department of any deviation and non-Conformity found in any process.- Ensuring the proper use of calibrated tools and instruments according to each activity, as well as the execution of minor maintenance assigned to each area.**Fuel your passion**:To be successful in this role you will:- must be close to graduating or have a bachelor's degree in engineering: Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics or related.- Have at least one year of experience in maintenance process.- Demonstrate a good technical and mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.- Be a team player with ability to work independently and demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills.- Be able to communicate in English.**Work in a way that works for you**:We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.**Working with us**:Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
