We're looking for an AMS Services Management Lead with expertise in technical solutions! If you have extensive experience building AMS solutions, leading technical teams, and driving account development strategies with a consultative approach, this role is for you.Join a team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement!**Role Details**:- Location: Polanco, Mexico City- Work Mode: On-site- Education: Bachelor's degree (required)- English: Advanced- Schedule: Full-time- Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 MXN gross per month- Benefits: - Private Medical Insurance (SGMM) - Life Insurance (SV) - 100% Payroll**Key Requirements**:- Strong experience in AMS services management with a focus on SLA/KPI compliance.- Extensive knowledge to propose and offer AMS technical solutions, understanding and defining client needs.- Proven expertise in account development strategy and consultative selling to strengthen client relationships.- Proficiency with service management tools: ITIL, ticketing systems, and reporting.- Proven ability to resolve critical issues, optimize processes, and lead multidisciplinary teams.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute an account growth strategy, identifying opportunities for service expansion.- Propose tailored AMS solutions aligned with client technical and operational needs.- Oversee and coordinate the daily AMS operations, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.- Lead the AMS team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality delivery.- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, managing technical, operational, and strategic expectations.- Conduct consultative selling by understanding client goals and offering solutions that drive business value.- Create and deliver performance and service reports, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.- Optimize AMS processes by implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.**Success Indicators**:- Compliance with SLAs and agreed KPIs.- Customer satisfaction (surveys and NPS).- Account growth and service expansion through consultative approaches.- Operational efficiency: timely incident resolution and optimized processes.- Development and retention of the AMS team.**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary: $180,000 MXN gross per month.- Superior benefits: Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, and 100% payroll.- A strategic role to combine your technical expertise, account strategy, and leadership skills.- Opportunities for growth and participation in high-impact projects.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
