**Position Purpose**
E-commerce Analist - Improve digital experience increasing product visibility and driving conversions. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager. Monitor search performance and propose improvements to optimize processes and present regular reports on the results obtained.

Improve customers digital shopping experience by identifying key opportunities and leveraging in business process, infraestructure, functionalities and other tools. Including but not limited to Onsite Search optimization.
Manage and follow up of customer's orders lifecycle (open, rejects, cancels, pending, etc.) partnering with Operations, Customer Service, IT, and 3rd party systems, like LucidWorks, Cybersource, WorldPay, etc...
Create reporting and presentations based on business needs.
**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Marketing, Communications, Technology, other.
Years of Experience: Minimum/no experience.
Type of Experience: A recent graduate. Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel). Attention to detail.
Other/Preferred: Basic analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. Basic technical knowledge of HTML.
