**Eaton's Bussmann is seeking a Customs Analyst in Juarez, join us!**
**What you'll do**:
**Primary Function**:
The Customs Analyst is responsible for providing direct support to the Sr. Customs Analyst, to ensure temporary inventory and import/export activity comply with all Mexican Customs regulations for the site, including material, information, and technology.
**Essential Functions**:
- Provide business compliance status to internal customers, including Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Advanced Engineering, GTM Center of Excellence, Finance, and Customer Service teams, among others.
- Conduct regular meetings with both Mexican and US Customs Brokers to ensure Eaton´s compliance with standards and policies.
- Ensure compliance with Eaton´s standards and policies regarding import and export.
- Serve as the main link with the Trade Compliance Center of Excellence to ensure compliance with the Mexican Customs framework in relation to certificates of origin, tariff classification and payment of American taxes.
- Control Annex 24 (IMMEX) and 30 (VAT Certification) of Machinery and Equipment.
- Trade Compliance management in relation to the disposal of machinery and equipment, the establishment of sub-maquila suppliers, virtual operations, control of fixed assets, among others.
- Support the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification and compliance control process and CTPAT.
- Support meetings/follow-up calls with Customs Brokers and logistics providers to drive performance improvement for non-compliant carriers or brokers.
- Work with finances in Fixed Assets capitalization projects for proper control and operation.
**Qualifications**:
**Basic qualifications**:
- Bachelor´s degree in foreign trade
- Two years of experience
- Intermediate English (Spoken - Written)
- Intermediate knowledge of customs
- Effective communication

**Skills**:
- Management and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Power BI (preferred).
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP system in MM03 transactions.
- Ability to communicate the progress of the customs operation with both internal and external clients.
- Advanced knowledge of the free trade agreements signed with México.
- Ability to make decisions.
