Provides support and effective solutions for the plant import & export operations in line with all current and new custom requirements. Assists and provides necessary information to obtain all necessary import permits and export licenses, provides accurate information to service providers for parts classification. Customs Coordinator must resolve all shipment issues, perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all import and export customs clearances. The role collaborates with customs brokers to provide clearance of every import operation and maintains required documents. performs the tasks required to manage Annex 24 (Customs Inventory Control) and Annex 31(VAT Credit Control Warranty & Balance Account System) according to Adient processes. Support Customs Manager with import & export functions and projects, as required.Ü**SKILLS**:Trade compliance experience in the automotive industry (preferred)Knowledge of Mexico Compliance Rules and Regulations, government programs: IMMEX, PROSEC, RULE 8, Annex 24 (Customs Inventory Control) and Annex 31 (VAT Credit Control Warranty & Balance Account System).Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, QAD, CODICE (preferred) or similar ERP and Customs systems (preferred).Ü**ESSENTIAL INFORMATION, TASKS AND % TIME****Required**:Bachelor's degree in international trade or similar, 1 year of experience (preferred).**Desirable**: Proficient in English language (preferred).**Job Type**: TemporaryContract length: 6 months**Experience**:- anexo 24 y 30: 1 year (required)
