**Requisitos**:- Conocimientos básicos sobre el Sistema Financiero Mexicano o Instituciones de Tarjetasde Crédito- Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente según lo evaluado en el proceso de entrevista(Roleplay)- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación- Conocimientos básicos del sistema office/Gsuite- Habilidades multitarea, resolución de problemas, gestión de prioridadesorganizacionales.- Ser empático, paciente y tener una rápida adaptabilidad a los cambios.- Habilidades interpersonales y trabajo en equipo.- Experiência en el uso de algunos sistemas bancarios- Conocimiento práctico de herramientas, métodos y conceptos de garantía de calidad.- Sólido conocimiento de los estándares regulatorios relevantes.- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.- Excelentes habilidades de recopilación y análisis de datos.- Fuerte atención al detalle- La capacidad de identificar errores de manera constante en miles de inspecciones- La capacidad de seguir de cerca los estándares de calidad
