The Empl & Client Comms Analyst 2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.**Responsibilities**:- Develops, coordinates, and executes cohesive, comprehensive business and client communications to assist Operations & Technology (O&T) organization.- Translate corporate objectives into O&T communications' messaging platform and drive execution, including corporate and North America & OT intranets.- Ensure that all O&T communications are consistent and aligned closely with the firm's objectives.- Work closely across the communications function and business leadership to present a positive, integrated company image through clear, consistent communication that supports the company's near and long term business goals.**Qualifications**:- 3+ years increasingly responsible employee communications experience.- Possess excellent collaborating and /or influencing skills with senior leadership, excellent verbal communication skills.- Ability to work with a team or independently**Education**:- Bachelors degreeThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
