Relay Human Cloud is looking for you!**About us**Relay Human Cloud, a global staffing organization based in Dallas, Texas is hiring highly qualified **Transactional Accountant **to support our third-party customer. Relay currently has overseas locations in India, Honduras, and México with plans to expand to additional international locations in the future. We are looking for bright, energetic people to add to our team!**What are we looking for?****Responsabilities****Accounts Receivable/Billing**- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.- Compare and match purchase orders, prices, terms of invoices, and other charges.- Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.- Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, and identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent account holders to request payment.- Collaborates with the accountant to reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.**Accounts Payable**- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.- Collaborates with the accountant to reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.- Understand expense accounts and cost centers.- Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.)- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.**Key Technical Skills, Experience, and Essential Qualifications**:- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.- Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculators, and copiers.- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- QuickBooks experience a plus.**We look forward to hearing from you!****What we offer**- Hiring direct with the company- Work with an US Based company- Growth/career opportunities- Statutory benefits + Aguinaldo 30 Días, SGMM, SV y Bono de Productividad Anual- Mon- Friday 8:00 am a 17:00 hrs- **This position is to work from the office / Work on site****Salary**: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month**Language**:- Inglés (required)Work Location: In person
