**SUMMARY**:
Interprets, analyzes, researches, validates, standardizes, optimizes and maps/enters/updates automobile parts electronic catalog data ensuring process output meets cost, time, quality, integrity, consistency, and service standards. This will involve ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data sets, using tools such as Excel and macros to manipulate data, while you may not be required to have advanced knowledge of how macros work, a basic understanding of how they can be used to streamline data processing will be beneficial. Collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement in data processing. Keeps production records and backups.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**80%** Interprets, analyzes, researches, validates, standardizes, optimizes and maps/enters/updates automobile parts electronic catalog data ensuring process output meets cost, time, quality, integrity, consistency, and service standards.
**10%** Writes and maintains process documentation and aids. Keeps production records and backups.
**10%** Dedicated to communicating with suppliers and managers in English, ensuring effective collaboration and understanding.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- **Level of formal education**: An associate degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program.
- **Area of study**:Engineering, automotive, mechanics, industrial, business, computer systems, information technology, communication, marketing.
- **Years of experience**: No Experience.
- **Type of experience**: High Volume/Complex Data Entry/Analysis, Content Creation, Product Information, Management Information Systems, Automotive Industry
- **Special certifications or technical skills**:
- Basic data processing and information systems management.
- Basic Microsoft Excel
