**Qualifications**
**Live or be able to move to Tijuana, B. C.**
**2+ years of proven relevant experience**
**Bilingual English-Spanish**
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability with a hands-on approach to assigned tasks.
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of billing procedures.
The ability to handle customer queries calmly.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, CRMs, and strong understanding of accounting.
Familiarity with accounting software, such as **QuickBooks** and NetSuite.
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tijuana, B.C.
: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- QUICKBOOKS: 2 years (preferred)
- BILLING PROCEDURES: 2 years (preferred)
