.The Ops Support Specialist 3 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Specialist 3 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.**Responsibilities**:- Document processes in an accurate and detailed manner and follow established procedures to complete complex assignments- Identify process gaps requiring escalation, offering potential solutions- Assist with inventory management and workflow needs as dictated through risk priority and service level- Support a range of products and services- Analyze problems and formulate solutions through research and investigation- Navigate, test and execute moderately complex databases, spreadsheets, and systems- Ensure accurate and timely account handling- Assist in activities that help reduce organizational impact and/or loss**Qualifications**:- 1 year of relevant experience- Proficient computer and typing skills- Ability to adapt to new technology quickly and seamlessly- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work with others to complete assigned tasks**Education**:- High School diploma or equivalentThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.**Escolaridad**:- Media Superior (Concluida), superior nível (carrera trunca) o equivalente técnica preferentemente en administración, sistemas computacionales, contabilidad o finanzas.**Experiência requerida**:- Experiência requerida de un año en procesos operativos de análisis y manejo de información, familiaridad con procesos de validación de datos, conciliación de cifras y administración de procesos.**Conocimientos**:- Paquetería Office general, preferentemente entre cubrir conocimientos en Excel entre un 30% y 50% ( en formulación, gráficas y tablas dinámicas), conocer Adobe PDF**Objetivo del puesto**:- Analizar eficientemente la información integral de los Estados de Cuanta- Validar información general, monetaria, de estructura y XML de estados de cuenta**Funciones principales**:- Análisis de información sensitiva en digital contra estados de cuenta emitidos del banco apoyándose en herramientas internas para la validación del estados de cuenta lo cual reduce impactos al cliente y entidades regulatorias- Captura de datos, análisis y validación de información correcta, revisión de cifras y procesos en ejecución de tiempos establecidos antes de liberación de los estados de cuenta
