Description Analyst responsible for a portfolio of customers, tasked with issuing and distributing invoices based on agreement terms for issuance and delivery.
Collaborates in monthly account reconciliations, high teamwork skills and the ability to work independently within specified deadlines.

Accountabilities Issuing invoices for Freight and Extra Services by analyzing information from the BITS monitor in SAP S4 Hana, ensuring proper application of service contracts and negotiated fuel factors, and guarantee invoice issuance in compliance with current fiscal guidelines.Delivering Freight and Extra Services invoices through different negotiated channels with clients, including email delivery, portal uploads, EDI 410 transmission, and SFTP connection.Integrating Addenda based on negotiated terms with customers.Generating invoices for different miscellaneous services through the S4 Hana SD module, in accordance with received requests and current fiscal guidelines.Delivering invoices for different miscellaneous services with appropriate supporting documents to customers, ensuring document reception.Analyzing, requesting corrections, handling cancellations and re-invoicing as requested by customers and the credit and collections team, considering the current fiscal requirements.Managing the material catalog in the SD module, coordinating with the IT team for the correct creation of account groups, materials, and respective profit and cost centers.Managing the necessary tables in S4 Hana for the accurate issuance of invoices for different miscellaneous services.Analyzing, releasing, and controlling invoices issued by Rail CarX for Car Repair and Automotive Pool services.Generating metric reports for duplicate invoices, efficiency in invoice issuance, and analysis of Dummy customer.Raising and monitoring Help Desk Incidents with the IT team for corrections in S4 Hana processes.Supporting the billing team in resolving issues related to invoice issuance and cancellation.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job-related major field of study (Accounting).Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient in Excel.Knowledge SAP (S4 prefered)Strong facilitation, active listening, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills:Familiarity with CFDI (Payment Complement and Invoice)Ability to manage multiple sets of priorities and deliverablePreferred Billingue (English and Spanish)Working Conditions This position has a regular full time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday.
