**My Role**:- Accounting closing- Reconciliation (balance account)- Financial analysis- Financial Statements Preparation**My Background**:- Bachelor in Accounting, Administration, or a related field- Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position- Advanced English- Knowledge of general accounting- Advanced Excel- SAP (preferred)- TeamworkData Entry and Management:- Support in entering and maintain detailed records of suppliers, sub-suppliers, and associated components in the database.- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all information.Verification and Validation:- Verify the authenticity and accuracy of supplier information through various channels, including direct communication, documentation, and external databases.- Issue Resolution:- Address any discrepancies or issues related to supplier information promptly and effectively.Reporting and Documentation:- Generate reports on supplier/sub-supplier relationships, categorizations, and compliance status as required by management.Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with supply chain, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
