This role focuses on evaluating promotional effectiveness, market segmentation, and channel performance while leveraging data analytics to support strategic marketing decisions.In this role, a typical day will include:- Data Analytics and Insights: Develop and implement analytics models to assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns across diverse channels.- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing ROI.- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as customer engagement, campaign reach, and channel performance.- Market Segmentation and Targeting: Conduct in-depth segmentation analysis to identify and refine buyer personas, enabling tailored promotional strategies.- Collaborate with marketing teams across LATAM to define optimal channel mixes for each segment, ensuring effective audience targeting.- Promotional Effectiveness Evaluation: Measure and report on the ROI of promotional activities, including in-store promotions, digital campaigns, and events.- Perform competitive benchmarking to highlight areas of improvement in brand positioning and awareness.- Digital Tools and Automation: Support the integration of digital tools and platforms for data collection, campaign management, and analytics.- Leverage data visualization and business intelligence tools to present findings to senior leadership and marketing teams.- Collaboration and Strategy Support: Partner with marketing and creative teams to align insights with campaign objectives.- Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing spend and resource allocation.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on marketing, advertising, or communications.- Proven expertise in analyzing large datasets and deriving insights that inform marketing strategies.- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and campaign performance metrics.- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.G., Excel, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).- Knowledge of advertising performance metrics, customer journey mapping, and ROI calculation
