Technology truly excites you.- You have proven record of being a successful at handling many tasks.- Proactive to find the best and faster solution to urgent issues- You know how to work efficiently under pressure and can prioritize- You have a great attitude and value a collaborative, fast paced working environment.- You are excited about being a part of a rapidly growing company innovating the Technology Services industry.**Your Responsibilities**:As part of the CloudOCR team, you will be responsible for:- Monitor operation process.- Validate project status- Follow up on account status for clients- Communication channel between staff and the BPO Coordinator- Assisting the BPO Coordinator prepare for meetings.- Take meeting minutes for client meetings.- Assist with follow up activities from meetings.**What You Know**:- Experience supervising performance processes- Experience assisting on management tasks- Experience with Accounts Payable and Sales processes- Advanced English.- Advanced Communication Skills.- MS office (Word, Power point), internet.- Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables).**What we offer**:- Collaborative work environment- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (availability to work longer hours if needed).- $15,000 to $17,000 pesos gross (depending on experience and abilities).- Life and funeral insurance.- Discount card for medical consultations, dentist, optician, and other.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month**Experience**:- atencion a clientes: 1 year (preferred)- asistencia administrativa: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- advanced english (required)
