The Central Business Unit is actively pursuing a highly motivated, experienced, self-directed candidate that has a proven track record of exceptional collaboration and a strong desire for constant process improvement.
As a Business Operations Analyst you will be responsible for overseeing critical aspects of our operations, connecting supply chain with business strategy, and driving central governance across BU Ops business planning pillars.
You will also need to demonstrate deep insights of supply/demand balance and semiconductor market indicators to analyze opportunities for increased profitability (price/mix strategies).?
Key Responsibilities:?
Lead and implement process improvements.?
Coordinate and lead weekly supply/demand interlock meetings.
Manage quarterly Sequence of Events (SOE) for Demand Planning, Revenue Planning, Slow Moving Inventory, and Other Processes.
Work closely with demand management teams to support Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process.?
Build, define and implement business processes and metrics that support Central BU objectives.?
Develop sophisticated analytics to support business plan development and profitability optimization.?
Nurture positive relationships and partnerships with cross functional teams (Demand Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Business Ops, Finance etc.)?
Engage cross functionally to ensure proper wafer mix, inventory, and pricing strategies are in place. Qualifications:??

Proven ability to create insightful analytical tools (Tableau/PowerBi).

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related analytical field 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance
