We are looking for a talented PAYROLL ANALYST to join our team in SAN LUIS POTOSI.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:
- Provide on-site customer support, including necessary replacement and off-cycle payments.
- Review information prepared for general ledger entries and other accounting and financial reporting activities related to payroll.
- Participate in the review and preparation of data required for the filing of payroll-related tax returns and various tax withholding forms.
- Complete the year-end process including adjustments, tax returns, and review of tax filing information.
- Aid as an internal and external resource on payroll related inquiries.
- Participate in projects and initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Provide support to the development and maintenance of the payroll process documentation.
- Ensures compliance with internal controls over payroll systems and compliance with tax and other payroll-related legislation.
**To be successful in this position, you will need the following**:
- Bachelor in Accounting, Administration or related.
- Intermediate conversational English.
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll processes for manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of IMSS, ISR and LFT.
- Knowledge of the operation and management of time and assistance
- Experience with ERP payroll and assistance
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration skills
