Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a **Payroll Analyst (Fixed Term) **to join the MedTech team, located in **Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.**
**Description**:
- Provides specialist support and mentorship to the administration and processing of payrolls, payroll taxes & social security for a specific department or function.
- Provides guidance and direction to the department or function in matters taking care of payroll administration, processing requirements, reporting and payroll tax requirements, and other accounting/social security requirements.
- Maintains and communicates the policies and procedures for payroll administration and processing.
- Provides direction to department or function in accordance with policy and guidelines established.
- Serves as a source for the department or function by researching and responding to payroll related questions and problems (Taxes, Social Security, Etc).
- Completes required payroll and payroll tax reports and ensures compliance with established policy, procedures, and requirements. Establishes and maintains extensive knowledge of payroll requirements, practices, and procedures for the department or function, and insures the documentation of these requirements.
- Consults regularly with managers and supervisors to resolve payroll issues in their area of responsibility.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attention of Internal and External Audits related to TAX & Social Security compliance
- Keeps track of documentation related to TAX & Social Security compliance, such as Medical Leaves (IMSS), CFDI's reconciliation SAT/Payroll System.
- Active member in the attention & resolution of any requirement related to IMSS, Infonavit, SAR & SAT.
- Administrate the calculation, processing and payment of payroll and the benefits generated in the People Net system.
- Administrate the process and record of manual records in the People Net System
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
**Experience and skills**:
- Expert in Social Security, Local Taxes (ISN) and Federal Taxes related to payroll.
- Knowledge of Meta 4 payroll or other payroll systems
- Knowledge of SUA, IDSE and SAT portals.
- Knowledge of CFDI local requirements.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead special projects
- English 30%, both written and verbal (preferable)
- Experience in operating local payrolls (system preferences People Net, Workday, Kronos, Microsoft® Word, and Excel)
- Experience in accounting software such as SAP, Blackline or similar and accounting procedures (Journal Entry, Reconciliation, account analysis)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll
