**_ WHAT YOU WILL DO: _**
- Owns and executes accounting processes within area of expertise.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations.
- Prepare and process Mexican payroll, preparing accurate information for approval by deadline.
- Process and review timecards within designated payroll software and provide follow-up with managers and team leads as needed.
- Provide excellent service when communicating with all other team members regarding questions pertaining to payroll.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and personal information.
- Work with accounting to reconcile payroll transactions.
- Maintain personal time off records and ensure is paid out as needed.
- Handle inquiries related to payroll.
- Helps to ensure payroll practices meet government compliance.
- Provide support to accounting with data entry in Payroll.
- All other duties as assigned.
**_ WHO YOU ARE:_**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Proven experience in business process transactions
- Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
