Objetivo del puesto:
La responsabilidad principal de esta posición es la preparación y el procesamiento de la nómina asalariada para una planta regional en Mexico.
El puesto actuará como enlace entre la nómina, los recursos humanos y las finanzas para garantizar que todas las nóminas de los empleados asalariados se procesen con precisión.
Lugar de residencia: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua
Principales Funciones y **Responsabilidades**:
- Dispersión de nómina, impuestos estatales del ISN, extranjeros, FONACOT
- Procesador del seguro social y del Infonavit
- Especialista en sistema de nómina
- Contador de nómina y especialista en informes de auditoría
- Especialista en T&A de RR.HH.
- Ayudar y recopilar datos de nómina para diversos requisitos de informes financiero.
- Representante en todas las auditorías de nómina.
- Investigue y verifique todas las discrepancias de nómina de manera oportuna
- Revisar y conciliar las declaraciones anuales.
- Revisar e ingresar tarjetas de tiempo de sistemas de tiempo manuales y automatizados
- Apoyar proyectos especiales según sea necesario

Educación y experiência
- Título de licenciatura en LAE Contabilidad o relacionado con el puesto.
- Mínimo 3-5 años de experiência en nómina en entorno corporativo
- Experiência con el portal Tres Revolution.
- Experiência en informes de nómina de compensación de trabajadores
- Conocimiento profundo de embargos, manutenciones infantiles, gravámenes y quiebras.
- Conocimiento en Pago de IMSS, ISN y Fonacot
- certificación de nómina (preferida)
- Conocimiento en Excel, Word y Outlook
- Inglés (preferentemente)
