**_What Quality Assurance contributes to Cardinal Health_**Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.Quality Assurance develops and implements a compliant and cost effective quality system that assures products and services are reliable, safe and effective. This job family provides oversight of production/manufacturing activities, training to operational and quality control personnel, and educates business leaders on Quality policies and procedures and ensures that all products and services are properly reviewed for quality and documented.**_Qualifications_**- 3-6 years of experience- High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience**_What is expected of you and others at this level_**- Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments- In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area- Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently- May modify process to resolve situations- Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments- May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members- Cardinal Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
