Conduct research and analysis to identify potential talent pools and recruitment strategies.- Support Employer Branding Initiatives:- Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the organization as an employer of choice. Participate in employer branding activities such as career fairs, networking events, and employer brand campaigns.- Stay Updated on Recruitment Trends:- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition.**Your Key Results will be**:At Bright we operate on the OKR system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies.
