No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.Responsibilities:The OpportunityProvide support and follow-up with the services provided by the GL area to the different accounting areas of our LATAM clients to ensure the company's financial processes.Your ImpactAs CNTRL & RPT ANALYST your functions would consist:Support month close end process (GL-JE) and make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the Pepsico requirements.Coordination, preparation and presentation of all information and reports for internal/external audit purposes in accordance with specific auditor requirements.Support to the OU´s LATAM to assist the business in its different controlling.Generate clear communication with OU´s LATAM.Monitor inter-company transactions and assure inter-companies confirmation balances at month-end with related parties.Prepare monthly financial statement (Balance Sheet, P&L & financial attached reconciliations for review and approvals of Controller & Planning Team before upload in HFM).Consolidate monthly financial statement package (Balance Sheet, P&L, and account balance supporting documentation) to be submitted in HFM.Qualifications:Who Are We Looking For?EducationBachelor´s degree in Accounting is mandatory.ExperienceExperience (desirable) in accounting, control environment and SOX compliance.Office Intermediate.English Intermediate Level.Communication skills are needed as individual will be required to interact with employees and OU's control team LATAM.Knowledge basics (desirable) in ERP-SAP.SkillsAbility to work under pressure with organization deadlines.Work to achieve specific targets.Collaboration attitude.Teamwork.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes.Organized personality.Team player.Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy
