At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Currently we are looking for our next: **Financial Reporting Analyst****Which is the main objective of this role?**Provide support and follow-up with the services provided by the GL area to the different accounting areas of our LATAM clients to ensure the company's financial processes.**What will you be doing?**- Support month close end process (GL-JE) and make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the Pepsico requirements.- Ensure the accounting process is compliant with all control & audit requirements.- Support to the OU´s LATAM to assist the business in its diferent controlling.- Generate clear communication with OU´s LATAM.**Qualifications****Who are we looking for?**- University in Finance, Accounting or Administration.- Experience (1-3 years) in accounting, control environment and sox compliance- Office Intermediate- English Intermediate Level- Communication skills are needed as individual will be required to interact with employees and OU's control team LATAM.**Differentiating competencies**:- Ability to work under pressure with organization deadlines.- Work to achive specific targets.- Collaboration attitude.- Team work
