**Description**
This position responds to employee inquiries, questions and complaints; provides information, guidance and direction on related HR programs, processes, and procedures. Maintains employee relations records / file room. This position administers and communicates benefits program in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements. This role communicates and implements wellness and health education initiatives and coordinates Human Resources Corporate Events.
Works independently and receives mínimal guidance. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Leads projects with moderate scope, risks, and resource requirements. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Develops and manages operational initiatives to deliver tactical results.
**Accountabilities**
- Provides ongoing customer service to employees with benefit issues, including resolution of problems related to eligibility, enrollment, claims, vendor services and other employment-related issues.
- Executes the process of progressive discipline within the company with the leaders of the other areas, in order to maintain the job stability that the company requires.
- Manages HR systems, services and benefits such as Vacations, HR letters, HR pool cars, Car program, Fuel and Food Coupons, Checkup, Employee Assistence Program, SAP HR Changes.
- Performs a variety of tasks associated with Human Resources Events administration which includes developing and delivering communications, managing outside vendors processing / reconciling related billings and invoices.
**Required**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job related major field of study.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
- English Intermediate level.

- Experiencie: Benefits, Events Logistics or Human Resources Proccess.
