**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer issues on the platform
- Channel any errors that arise to the corresponding department
- Prepare weekly reports of the results
- Analyze account statements to identify possible inconsistencies
- Provide proper training to customers on platform usage
- Achieve OKR's for the position
- Support any other activities related to the role.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 + years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both clients and team members
