**SUMMARY**:
The Content Admin Sr is a tech-savvy and knowledgeable individual in data governance, data lifecycle management, systems administration, and the automotive industry standards. The Content Admin Sr provides support to other departments in the organization through a deep analysis of data, data validation and monitoring, following the established AutoCare standards and data governance best practices. Also, assists in managing user accounts, roles, and permissions to systems, as well as process documentation and reporting.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- 30% Users, Tools, and Resources Admin
- Maintain an up-to-date record of users, roles, licenses, location of digital resources, installation files
- Provide onboarding and training to users on policies and procedures.
- 30% Display Settings & Gate Keeping
- Execute display settings (catalog priority, creation, linking, blocking); brand and part type adherence to ACES standards
- Execute store cloning, refresh, and configuration
- Make standardization recommendations (e.g., secondary names)
- 20% Data Management
- Keep production records and backups.
- Maintain accurate records of validations assigned and expected to conform to standards
- Monitor obsolete data and request clean up (catalogs, images, cross reference, etc.)
- Write and maintain process documentation and aids.
- 10% Communication and reporting
- Report KPIs to the Admin Lead on: Average resolution times, number of issues resolved, projects and tool development, and VCdb, PCdb, Qdb, Padb, implemented changes.
- 10% Data standardization and Bridging
- Identify and analyze needs or inconsistencies in AutoCare VCdb, PCdb, PAdb, Qdb information as well as brands creation.
- Request changes and follow up with AutoCare.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Level of formal education: Associate degree or equivalent.
- Area of study: Automotive or mechanical associate degree, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or related field of study
- Years of experience: 2-3 years
- Type of experience:
- Experience with Excel, systems administration, data governance
- Auto parts knowledge and computer skills
- Intermediate Excel
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices, including data classification, data quality, data lifecycle management and data security tools
- Be able to troubleshoot, perform diagnostic tests, and optimize computer systems.
- Other/preferred:
- Knowledge of Jira and Agile methodology is a plus
- Experience performing systems or IT administration
- Communication skills
- Fluent English and Spanish
