Descripción del empleo
1. Coordinate, operate and manage the control of the department's operating expenses (OPEX)
2. Coordinate, operate and manage the control of the department's investment expenditure (CAPEX)
3. Coordinate, operate and manage the operational control of quality procedures in the facilities area / audit preparation
4. Coordinate and manage the governance of projects in the facilities / OTD area
5. Coordinate, operate and manage the site evaluation
6. Coordinate, operate and manage site classification
7. Coordinate, operate and manage the fixed assets of the facilities area
8. Coordinate, operate and manage problem solving of the facilities area
9. Coordinate, operate and manage area/ticketing requests
10. Comply with operational control of the work area
11. Know and carry out the protocol in case of emergencies
12. Participate in compliance with the organization's safety, health and environmental policy in its daily activities.
13. Promote safety, health and environmental protection in accordance with ISO 14001:2015/ISO 45001:2018/CD 03800, and applicable standards.
