Start your future with BorgWarner now!Major Job Responsibilities:Oversee payroll transactions including weekly payroll settlement through bank portals.- Reconcile and update the payroll data from SAP GL records and Tress Revolution payroll system.- Assist with the preparation of accounting payroll information for financial and statutory reporting requirements.- Perform daily analysis to verify all payroll accounting entries are posted in a timely manner.- Perform monthly payroll accounting functions including journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations, related to benefit and salary accruals.- Prepare pension plan worksheets, including the reconciliation of the retirement contribution balances to general ledger based on the actuarial valuations.- Coordinate periodic calls with the pension plan trustee and investment managers to assist with the preparation of the pension plan database for the actuarial valuation andcoordination of the accounting entries.- Assist with the implementation of efficiencies in the accounting process and financial projects- Performs other related accounting and financial analysis as assigned by the local finance leadersMajor Job Qualifications/Specific Skills:- 5+ years of full-time experience in accounting and collaboration with external audits.- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.- Strong critical and math skills for solving difficult calculations.- Prior experience with SAP, HFM, OneStream reporting Systems.- Proficient in MS Excel.- Provide accurate and timely accounting solutions as they arise.LI-KH1Internal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy StatementPlease access the linked document by clickinghere,- Career Scam Disclaimer:_- BorgWarner makes no representations or guarantees regarding employment opportunities listed on any third-party website
