Juarez No. 70 Colonica CentroDelgacion CuauhtemocMexico City 6010RoleMaintain control and reconcile the assigned accounts of groups in the hotel as well as local events, have control of contracts of all events as well as carry out reconciliations of advance payments, follow up on any requirement by the finance department.What will I be doing?The Group Auditor is responsible for the efficient operation, registration and control of income generated in the area of the hotel convention center, in all activities related to the timely and accurate registration, maintenance and control of hotel income related accounts by groups and events. This role assists in any other way deemed necessary for the overall efficient operation of the Finance Department and will ensure smooth operation in full compliance with the policies and regulatory framework. The position will be elementary and will be directly related to the sales and banquet department, which will work together to meet the standards and policies of the finance department as well as customer satisfaction. The position will participate in all relevant Finance training and development programmes. In the case of a joint position, relevant joint position descriptions of responsibility will apply in accordance with Hilton's job segregation policies.What are we looking for?
