.We're looking for an entry-level Financial Analyst who has a strong desire to participate in our client's rapid growth. He or she will manage the day-to-day financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, and planning, and creation and presentation of financial statements and reports of the company.**Responsibilities**- Assist Finance Department in monitoring and analyzing financial accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis- Create financial models to analyze trends, make financial projections, and assess financial risks.- Review and monitor annual budget; prepare quarterly budget review reports.- Help develop standardized financial management and reporting tools; create internal controlsystems to ensure good financial management and enable early detection of errors.- Produce financial reports for management, as needed or requested, including income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.- Present financial models and reports to management on major financial issues/risks.- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.- Reconciliation of bank accounts.- Responsible for billing management:- Schedule invoice payments in an accurate and timely manner.- Receive, capture, and archive invoices.- Monitor the proper use of resources allocated for employee expenses, by ensuring that travel expenses adhere to company policies.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business, business administration, or equivalent- Related work experience is desirable, not essential- Financial analysis and financial modeling experience (preferred)- Basic knowledge in preparing standard Financial Statements- Fluent in business English language, written and spoken (preferred)- Strong financial planning, organizational, and analytical skills- Fluent with financial planning software programs, such as Excel; ability to prepare financial statements and create financial models for budgeting and risk analysis- Basic knowledge of accounting programs- Ability to handle multiple priorities- Strong analytical skills- Solid communicator- Good problem solver- Ability to recognize potential financial problems, engage in strategic planning and analysis of financial resources, assist management in making sound, profitable financial decisions- Working under pressure- Results oriented- Highly organized, methodical and meticulous**Additional information**:- Salary reference: $20,000 MXN - $25,000 MXN- Flexible schedule: at least 3 days at office (Zapopan)- Working days: Monday to Friday**Employee value proposition**:- Multicultural environment- Collaboration and team spirit- Work under objectives- Autonomy to make decisions- Flexible date vacations- Diversity climate- Leader's supportTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000
