.**Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join our team.** This position is based in Cuautitlan.This position is responsible of Financial Planning, expenses budget control, as well as all the financial analysis in the plant to promote the sustainability of the business.This position is also responsible of:- Generate Financial reports for Forecast and Profit Plan.- Validate and support the process of Cost Outs in the Facility.- Prepare financial analysis for the Staff Management and Corporate, including analysis of main variances of Forecast, Profit Plan, Prior Year, etc.- Provide support to the Team to conduct Month End activities.- Provide support to Management Staff in order have an effective Budget Control.- Complete and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.- Conduct and Lead Monthly Forecast and Profit Plan Process.- Set Expenses Controls with all areas into the Plant and follow up expense's trends.- Collaborate and support cost department in task that are matched with financial analysis.- Provide the proper analysis and reports to internal and external Auditors.Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world.
