.**Description**This position implements billing operations to maximize effectiveness and accuracy. This position audits the accuracy of billing information entered in the system and monitors the operation of the billing systems. It develops solutions to billing issues and works with systems design team to implement new features.Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. Solves a range of moderately complex problems. Leads projects of limited scope and portions of larger projects. Provides informal guidance to team members with less experience. Contributes to department objectives and outcomes as guided.**Accountabilities**- In charge of unrates worklist triage and resolution of exception handling errors on a daily base within the MCS (RMS) system for the Grain LOB (US & MX).- Performs corrections of rating errors/ rev wb change requests to resolve disputes and claims reported by the Rev Acc/ Collections/ISS team for the Grain LOB (US & MX) after approval received as needed.- Reports revenue adjustments for the Grain LOB (US & MX) when threshold met and will look for root cause fix with involved areas to prevent future adjustments/notifications.- In charge of report and follow up the commercial unrate with S&M when need of rate/commercial agreement published for the Grain LOB (US & MX).- Identifies and communicates RMS system defects from a user standpoint/ Monitors upgrades of the RMS system as needed/ Testing assistance on system enhancements & upgrades.- Unrate worklist coverage for other LOB as needed.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job related major field of study.- Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Preferred three (3) years Railroad transportation experience.- English language high level (oral & written).- Microsoft Office Software proficient (XLS,PPT, etc).**Working Conditions**- This position has a regular full time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday.
