Every member of our team has a valuable opportunity to help shape our future and make a positive impact on the world around us through our commitment to the locations where we live and work.Covia is looking for a dynamic Corporate **Paralegal** who will have a positive impact on the Covia legal team at its Monterrey Office Location**The successful incumbent will have the following Key Accountabilities**:- Draft and prepare various documents, including non-disclosure agreements, contracts, amendments, notices, memos, correspondence, affidavits, termination letters, resolutions and articles of incorporation, for review, approval, and use by in-house counsel- Shephard contracts through the review and approval process- Perform various document review projects- Administer the contract management system, including tracking critical dates (e.G., auto renewals, termination, etc
