The NMAC Financial Transactions Analyst is responsible for multiple back-office activities regarding payments, payoffs, and other financial transactions triggered by customers. Working a 48-hour week, the analyst is expected to take on an assigned workflow and complete it with the utmost quality.**Responsibilities**:- Complete all daily activities with zero carry-over.- Maintain a daily and effective communication with the team and senior lead for any coaching opportunities and assignment of workflows.- Seek and propose any identified improvement for processes and systems.- Maintain a high quality level on items that may affect a customer´s payment.- Be open to change and new challenges, as the team continues to adapt and add new processes during the fiscal year.**Requirements**:- BA Degree in any field- Desirable experience in administration activities- MS Office Intermediate (Excel and Outlook proficiency)- Fluent English- Weekday availability from 7am to 5pm.
