**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for reviewing and processing expense reports to ensure compliance with the Citigroup Expense Management policy. Ensure processing within procedural guidelines and timelines standards. Review and process invoices and purchase orders to ensure compliance with policy and ensure processing occurs within procedural guidelines and timeliness standards. Works to with fraud prevention and departments for problem resolution
- Evaluates/resolves moderately complex problems of substantial potential impact, where development of an approach /taking action involves weighing various alternatives.
- Analyzes situations/data with in-depth knowledge of business processes, procedures, industry standards, and how these integrate within area.
- Assumes leadership roles for projects/initiatives, and serves as analytical/procedural expert for a unit or team on cross function processes/projects.
- Liaise with multiple Operations/ Operations Accounting teams.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of experience
- Intermediate to senior-level in an accounting role of creating/analyzing financial and accounting reports and interpreting findings
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelors degree
**Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas o a fines.**
**Experiência 4 años en Conciliaciones Bancarias.**
**Excel Avanzado.**
**Administración de personal.**
**Sistemas operativos, domiciliaciones, anules, conciliaciones de cuenta de cheques** etc.**
