You're not persuading someone to savings account or try a new drinks brand.**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**The **Sr IT Analyst** is responsible for ensuring solution delivery that complies with reusable capabilities guidelines, integration best practices, IT Policy Framework mandates and that can be deployed in Agile DevSecOps Methodologies. He or She will serve as owner of the integration solution framework for the cluster and Subject matter expert in any interface endeavor, ensuring proper documentation is in place in order to be used in all aspect of solution lifecycle and will also ensure stakeholder management of certain IT commercial key users, bringing adequate customer service and serving as point of contact for them.**YOUR DAY TO DAY**- Define adequate solutions architecture for our customer's needs, prioritizing reusability of capabilities, API First mindset, best integration practices, following IT Policies and Agile DevOps Methodologies.- Serve as Key point of contact for integration deployments requiring new interfaces or changes to old ones.- Oversee the adequate delivery of integration capabilities, ensuring design is followed during the delivery process or design is adapted when needed.- Maintain proper documentation of all interfaces for the cluster and ensure adequate support processes in case of incident resolution.- Propose solutions to commercial needs as part of the Management Process, ensure proper understanding of the current technical and commercial capabilities of our landscape.- Ensure Stakeholder management of certain IT Commercial key users, bringing adequate customer service and be a reliable point of contact for them.**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**- College/University Degree in Computer Sciences or similar- At least 3 years in similar positions, experience with MuleSoft / Amazon Web Services platforms is recommended.- Knowledge of SAP SD - IM, Salesforce, Power Street, Electronic Invoicing, POS Software, Distribution Systems, WMS, Routing software, Chat bots, AI Solutions would be considered.- ITIL Certification, AWS Practitioner Certifications, SaFe Scrum Master or Agile Methodologies certifications, Project Management Institute Certifications are recommended.**WHAT WE OFFER**Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress
