To be an integral part of a high performance team and continually improve processes.**IMPORTANT: This position is located in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.****Position requirements**- 3 - 4 years in financial and cost accounting.- 1 year in the construction industry.- Bilingual (English, Spanish)- Experience in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley / PACS regulations,- Finance- Capex- Costing- Power BI- SAP- Accounting guidelines (SOX, NIF, GAAPs, IFRS).- Availability to change residence to Monterrey- Any participant must take the English language test to be considered, otherwise he/she will not participate in the process.**Responsibilities**:Create full financial statements generating the relevant information, analysis and recommendations that allow managers to improve the business performance.Constantly monitor and analyze information sources to identify potential costs and processes efficiencies assuring its implementation in a proactive manner.To elaborate, analyze and release actual operative figures in order to guarantee the accuracy and opportunity of the information for Materials and Aggregates sector management.
