Your expertise in mixed-signal circuit design will be invaluable in developing and optimizing block-level circuits for DRAM-related projects.Your responsibilities will include:Developing, designing, and verifying analog and digital CMOS circuits for various applications, including I/Os, voltage regulators, generators, amplifiers, oscillators, pumps, translators, repair related circuits, DLL, and standard control logic.Collaborating with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance versus simulation performance of designed circuits.Working closely with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel to design circuits for Micron's next leading-edge process node.You will work collaboratively with Micron's global design teams in US/Japan/India and other countries, leveraging vast resources available across the organization.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:Analog IC design experience, including regulator, charge pump, oscillator, current reference, bandgap, comparator design.Past circuit debug experience through Product Engineering or equivalent.Experience inside the memory industry, either in flash or DRAM, is a plus.Proficiency in UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction).Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts verbally and in writing.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.EducationA Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus 2 years' experience in mix-mode or analog circuit design, or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years' experience.Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
