As an analog designer at our Mexico Design Center, you will be responsible for developing, designing, optimizing, verifying block-level circuits for all DRAM-related projects at Micron.
This role requires the use of both analog and digital CMOS design skills to work on various circuits, including I/Os, voltage regulators, generators, amplifiers, oscillators, pumps, translators, repair-related circuits, DLLs, and standard control logic.
You will work closely with our design teams in the US, Japan, India, and other countries, leveraging vast resources across our global sites.
Your expertise will contribute to the development of leading-edge memory and storage products.Key Responsibilities:* Develop, design, optimize, and verify block-level circuits for all DRAM-related projects* Collaborate with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs simulation performance* Work with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel to design circuits for next-generation process nodes* Provide layout supervision and optimize layouts through post-layout simulations* Leverage UNIX and CADENCE design environment (simulation, schematic entry, SPF extraction)* Conduct circuit verification and optimization, including layout verification and parasitic extractionsQualifications:* Analog IC design experience (regulators, charge pumps, oscillators, current references, bandgap, comparator design)* Past circuit debug experience through Product Engineering or equivalent* Experience in the memory industry (flash or DRAM), a plus* Proficiency in UNIX and CADENCE design environment (simulation, schematic entry, SPF extraction)* Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts verbally and written* Ability to work independently and in teamsEducation:* MSEE + 2 or BSEE + 5 years' post-graduate mix-mode or analog circuit design experience preferred * 5+ years of experience in the fieldEstimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearLocation: Micron Mexico Design Center
