Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations._- Researches and analyzes industry trends, competitive landscape, historical trends and customer behavior to develop models that help identify opportunities to drive market share and revenue growth.- Develops relationships and is the key contact for partner account managers.- Conducts performance analysis including effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of co-brand marketing campaigns and initiatives to gauge the health of the business.- Collaborates with issuer, network, agency, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute acquisition and/or retention campaigns throughout the year.- Creates, revises, and analyzes complex contracts and proposals to ensure maximizing value for American and our partners.- Negotiate commercial terms with financial institution partners in Mexico, Latin America, and Caribbean.- Develops reports and presentations that help align key stakeholders and conduct negotiations with bank partners and payment networks.- Collaborates with cross-functional working groups and business teams to execute co-brand initiatives.**All you'll need for success**:**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.- 3 years of sales, marketing, or project management experience.- 2 years of relationship management.- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).- Ability and willingness to travel internationally.- Fluently read, write, and speak in English.- Hybrid in-office and remote location position
