YOUR ROLEAssist in managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.Follow up on overdue accounts and implement collection strategies.Negotiate payment plans with clients to resolve outstanding balances.Assist in preparing monthly accounts receivable reports and aging analysis.Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.Assist with internal and external audits as needed.YOUR SKILLSAdvanced EnglishBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
