As the next Analyst Content Developer, you will be responsible of administrating and designing training content, such as manuals, presentations, visual aids, courses, online courses, assessments, activities, etc. that guarantee that our ambassadors can successfully perform the required tasks by office. In charge of ensuring the relevancy, effectiveness and accuracy of the existing training material. Responsibilities - Create training curriculums from beginning to end for different lines of business. - Diagnose and assess the needs of the operation and design learning solutions tailored to them. - Use authoring tools to design traditional and online courses. - Collaborate with Trainers, Training Supervisors and Training Manager to provide solutions to learning gaps in existing training material. - Periodically audit results of existing training material to guarantee its effectiveness, relevancy and accuracy. - Manage the company's learning management systems (LMS). - Collaborate with internal business leaders for implementation of new projects.Experiência y requisitosRequirements - Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy, Psychology or related fields. - Advanced English level (written & Spoken) - Strong understanding of MS Office Suite - Desired experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Creative Suite 4 (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). - Between 1 to 3 years of experience in training or education related fields - Highly goal oriented individual with a superb task prioritization and time management skills - Decisiveness, Integrity, Flexible, Creative and Open-MindedOrganizaciónSeguros ConfieGiroTelemarketingActividad principalWe are a call center that offers services to different brands in the insurance industry.Número de empleados1234/**Área** Educación/Docencia**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto
